How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit cards, and Paypal. All payments are processed through a secured checkout process.

What currency are the prices listed in?

All prices are listed in USD

Where do we ship to?

We ship worldwide. 

When will I know when my order has been shipped?

Once your order has been shipped an email confirmation will be sent to you and we will follow up with delivery status every step of the way

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Our inventory are stocked with warehouses across China and Hong Kong. Depending on seasonality and demand, delivery may take between 2 to 4 weeks.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

We offer free worldwide shipping on orders that are $50 and above.

Do I have to pay import duties and taxes?

Customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes (if applicable).

What if I haven’t received my package?

  1. Check all external locked mailboxes
  2. Contact your local post office to see if they have it held for you (always provide your tracking number to them)
  3. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at richard@watchtrend.store with your order number in the subject field.

 I have received the wrong item, what should I do?

If you have received the wrong item as mistakes do happen occasionally, we will assist you as quickly as possible. Please contact as at richard@watchtrend.store with your order number in the subject field.

What is your return policy?

We will gladly return/exchange items within 7 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please email us at richard@watchtrend.store to initiate the process and include your order number in the subject field.
